Our leaders are quality volunteers who serve because

they love to nurture in girls the skills, faith and experiences that will

empower them to succeed in tomorrow's world. 

 

Selected by their Company or Unit in consultation with the church because of their skills, faith and character, leaders must complete initial and ongoing training.

 

All leaders are Police Vetted, and registered with our National Support Centre where ongoing training is monitored. Fellowship and guidance through tried and tested structures ensure every leader has support and oversight.

Leaders with appropriate training and certification are present to provide first-aid, outdoor safety, mountain safety, and care relevant to every activity. Leaders implement risk assessment and management systems and at all times prioritise the safety of girls.
